You know you're getting old...

... when time flies, and you're still not having fun.

Five more years, folks. Five more years, and according to Back to the Future we should have antigrav skateboards, bigass hologram projectors and all sorts of future-tech goodness. In other words, it's 2010 already? What the hell, man? Where did the last decade go? You mean I am actually going to turn 35? I am freaked now...

This is sort of an old idea for me, that of trying to keep a blog going. It's not what I'd like to call a new year's resolution, it's more an old idea rehashed. I'll be writing about anything that grabs my interest, and I have a feeling I'll be doing a lot on politics, religion and my own weird philosophical musings on life. The latter might turn out to be the least interesting, but sometimes it just feels good to get ones thoughts down on, uh, pixels.

I will also be doing this mostly in English, switching to the beautiful and lyrical nectar of the Gods that is known throughout the universe as the Norwegian language only when necessity dictates (and of course with the appropriate humble pardons my eventual foreign readers). Yes, this is a blatant attempt to pander to an international audience, and no, I am not ashamed to say so.

I will not be moderating comments, at least not as of yet - and if this changes I will be sure to let everyone know. Agree or disagree with me or my points of view as you see fit, I am not here to convince, convert or corrupt anyone... But please do keep it civil.
